Gospel Principles Chapter 40: Temple Work and Family History

Hooray for Temple Work!  You can find the lesson here.  And here are a few articles of note:
FamilySearch Indexing: Anyone Can Help With Family History Anytime, Anywhere- This was in the News of the Church section of the Ensign.  It briefly explains how indexing works which is a great way for anyone to help out in family history work.
Family History: "In Wisdom and In Order" by Elder Dallin H. Oaks. I like this one because he discusses we should not feel guilty that we can not do it all but we can being doing something.
Your Family History: Getting Started by President Boyd K. Packer gives ideas on how to get started and includes extracts from his book, " The Holy Temple."
Why Mormons Build Temples- This is a video about 3 minutes long done by the church.
The Things of Eternity- Stand We in Jeopardy? by President Spencer W. Kimball- Links the importance of family history and temple work to our personal salvation.
FamilySearch.org- Don't forget to check this site out for information on how to get started yourself including instruction and other information.
Member's Guide to Temple and Family History Work- This is the link to the manual put out by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Great answers to any questions.
Happy teaching!
